UPFC was a club set up in 2020 with the aim of giving young players the platform needed to showcase their talents in a league. With all our adult games being recorded and photographed, it gives our players the exposure they need to really push on in their journey. After a very successful first season with the men’s team, a decision was made to go into youth football and create a pathway from our development centres to our first team football, with the concept putting player development at the forefront of everything we do at the club. Heading into our third season as a club, we have grown to having several offerings to children from the age of 5–14.

We pride ourselves on the work our coaches do to ensure the children when they come in at 5, they start to understand the fundamentals of football and as they move up the youth phases they start to understand more concepts when it comes to their tactical knowledge of the game. One of the key ideas we try to tell everyone when they come into the club is the idea that we are all one big family.
